How do I manage my benefits on UltiPro? ›

Once you have logged into UltiPro, you will now need to access your Benefits. To do this, you will hover the "Myself" tab and click on the "Manage My Benefits" link in order to access the Benefits dashboard. The benefits enrollment portal will then open in a separate screen for you to complete your enrollments.

Username: Your username is your last name, first initial, and your employee ID number. Default password: your date of birth. Click the Log In button. You will immediately be taken to the Change Password screen and asked to change your password from the default.

Forgot Password / Locked out

If you forget your password or are locked out, click the Forgot your password? link on the login page. Enter your username (your email address) and click Go. You do not have an access code or reset link.

To find your current pay statement follow these steps in your UltiPro Dashboard: Myself > Pay > Current Pay Statement. You are also able to see your Pay History in the UltiPro Dashboard to be able to see any other pay statements. To download or print click on the icons on the top right of the screen.

Your Workday Employee ID number is what you'll use as your username to access the UKG Pro portal. To find your Workday Employee ID number, go to Workday > Personal Information > About Me > Job. Your Workday Employee ID number will appear at the top of the page.
